The events offered on this site are organized by HappyFewRacing™ Monte-Carlo - 1 avenue Henry Dunant MC-98000 Monaco.

Each application to take part in an event is considered valid only when it fully complies with the conditions listed in the Regulations for each event and with the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Registration is considered firm and definitive once the Organizer has received full payment of the entry fee, the application complies with the Regulations and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the maximum number of places available has not yet been reached, or the model (automobile) to be entered by the crew is still eligible (see specific conditions for each event in the respective brochure). 

For safety and organizational reasons, participation in events is forbidden to persons under 11 years of age and to all animals.

Entry fees may be paid by cheque drawn on a French or Monegasque bank in euros, bank transfer or credit card.

Vehicle drivers taking part in our events must hold a valid driver's license for the entire duration of the event, failing which they will be barred from entry. Any cancellation of participation, at the request of the registered crew or at the request of the Organization in direct connection with a suspended driving license, will not be reimbursed in any way. Similarly, drivers undertake to take part in the event in full compliance with the Highway Code, not only in terms of driving but also in terms of the consumption of alcohol, medication and other substances. During the event, and at any time, the Organization may carry out tests to verify any suspicions in this respect, and exclude any crew that fails to meet these requirements. In such a case, the temporary or permanent exclusion of the crew will not be reimbursed.

In the event of cancellation of an event by the Organization, and in the absence of cancellation due to weather conditions or force majeure, entry fees already paid by crews will be refunded in full.

HappyFewRacing™ may modify without notice the price of the services offered (entry fees, options, etc.), without retroactive effect. Likewise, any potential commercial operation cannot be retroactive.

The Organization cannot be held responsible for weather conditions during the event, and any cancellation of a crew's participation due to weather conditions will not be reimbursed. Similarly, crews will not be entitled to any compensation if the event takes place in weather conditions that are not suitable for them. Should a registered crew no longer wish to take part in an event, for whatever reason, any request made to the Organization will be governed by the Regulations.

Each event is organized with a limited number of possible registrations, so it is advisable to register as soon as the marketing of each of them opens. In the event of a registration request being sent to the Organization after the maximum number of registrations has been reached, the requesting crew will be placed on the waiting list and informed of the situation in real time.

Any potential dispute will be referred to the competent court.

Under no circumstances shall the execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the participant confer any direct or indirect right whatsoever on the ownership of the brands of the events offered and organized by HappyFewRacing™, of the Company itself, logos or any other distinctive sign relating to these brands. Likewise, no representation of the trademarks will be possible without the prior written consent of the Company.
